Welcome to Crafted by Siblings (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website Craftedbysiblings.co.uk (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms govern the sale of all custom and non-custom products (“Products” or “Custom Gifts”) provided by Crafted by Siblings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

1. Custom Order & Production Policy

All of our products are custom-made based on the specifications you provide at the time of purchase.

Customization

Each item is created to order. Because of this personalised nature, orders cannot be changed once production begins.

Production Commencement

Once production has started (including sourcing materials, printing, engraving, assembling, or any other process), the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund and Replacement Policy

A. No Refunds for Correctly Produced Items

If a product is made correctly according to the specifications you provided, the sale is final. Custom items cannot be resold, therefore refunds are not available in these cases.

B. Replacements for Errors or Damage

  • Production Mistakes:
    If we make an error that differs from the details in your confirmed order (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong colour, wrong size), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
    Note: Slight imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These are not considered production mistakes.
  • Postal Damage:
    If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately. You must provide photographic evidence of:
    • the damaged item
    • the packaging
      This allows us to raise the issue with the courier and send a replacement part.
  • Remedy:
    For verified production mistakes or postal damage, we will send a replacement of:
    • the affected part only, or
    • the entire item,
      at our discretion.
      Refunds are not provided in these circumstances.

C. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalised text, spellings, colours, sizes, and other specifications are accurate prior to placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for customer-provided errors.

3. Shipping Information

A. Processing and Production Time

Production time is separate from shipping time.
Current estimated production time is 1–2 weeks, depending on order complexity and demand. We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible.

B. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Tracking information (where applicable) will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

C. Delivery Liability

Once an item is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Order Confirmation

Full payment is required at checkout. Production begins only after successful payment.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) and Content Submission

When submitting designs, text, images, photographs, or any “Customer Content” for a custom gift, you guarantee that you own the rights or have proper permission to use the content.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of Customer Content, including claims of IP infringement.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is:

  • unlawful
  • offensive
  • inappropriate
  • potentially infringing on another party’s intellectual property rights
